JAA Introduces New Preferred Passenger Lane at JAX

For Frequent Flyers, New Service Means Faster Travel Time through Security Screening Lines

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has a new lane at the security checkpoint designed to accommodate frequent flyers at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).

The Preferred Passenger Lane will allow quicker access to the beginning of the Security Screening Checkpoint for those passengers who are in a "preferred customer" status with their respective airlines.

The lane will be staffed during peak hours and will be self-select during non-peak hours.
