The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (EST), Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport (JAXEX), 10968 Craig Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225. As a courtesy and to assist in preparing an attendance roster, please email samantha.smid@flyjacksonville.com if you plan to attend. Please be aware that Respondents are required to have an on-site representative sign an NDA before taking possession of Exhibit E and Exhibit F.
Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 for consideration.
JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (EST) on Monday, March 9, 2026.
