The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation.

Questions regarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time), Thursday, April 25, 2024 for consideration.
JAA has established a SBE program goal of 7%, which shall be considered as one of several specified selection criteria.
JAA will receive Statements of Qualifications electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Monday, May 13, 2024.

All Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in strict accordance with RFQ No. 24-08-11105, which may be obtained on Thursday, April 11, 2024 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”) or www.DemandStar.com.
This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR(Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
