Bids will be received by the Jacksonville AviationAuthority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time) on May, 5, 2020 at which time theywill be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road,Jacksonville, Florida, for selecting a company to provide Electrical Switchgearand Substation Maintenance and Repair Services
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM(local time), March 31, 2020 at JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan ParkRoad, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All potential Respondents MUST attendthis meeting as a prerequisite to the submittal of a Bid.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with Invitation toBid Number 20-06-45133, which may be obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) onMarch 16, 2020 from www.flyjacksonville.com,click on bid opportunities.
JAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of theCivil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4) andrelated regulations, hereby notifies all those who may potentially respond tothis solicitation that any contract resulting from this advertisement will beawarded fairly.
