LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES, AREA NO. 2- AIRPORT ROAD

for the 

JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the 
above- referenced solicitation.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), Monday, August 4, 
2025 at the JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All 
potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting and the site visit as a prerequisite to the 
submittal of a Bid.

As a courtesy and to assist in preparing an attendance roster, please email meghan.miles@flyjacksonville.com if you plan to attend.

A tour of the areas will be provided at the close of the meeting. The tour is anticipated to be 1 hour in duration.

This project has been deemed a 100% Set Aside for certified local DBE and JSEB vendors. Only firms 
certified as a Jacksonville Small Emerging Business (JSEB) and/or certified as a DBE in Duval, 
Clay, Baker, St. Johns, or Nassau counties may participate as Bidders for this project.

Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, August 7, 2025 for consideration.

JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Friday, August 15, 2025.

HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
