ELECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR AND SUBSTATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES

for the

JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above referenced
solicitation.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 10:00 AM (local time), Thursday, June 19,
2025 at the JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All potential
Respondents MUST attend this meeting and the site visit as a prerequisite to the submittal of a Bid.

As a courtesy and to assist in preparing an attendance roster, please email meghan.miles@flyjacksonville.com
if you plan to attend so that the proper number of van(s) and security escorts can be prepared for the site visit.

A tour of the areas will be provided at the close of the meeting. The tour is anticipated to be 1 1/2 hours
in duration.

Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Friday, June 27, 2025 for consideration.

JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Monday, July 14, 2025.

HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,
