Questions regarding this proposal must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Friday, August 25, 2023 for consideration.
JAA will receive proposals electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR (Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
