Public Info RFI 23-03-45133 - Rental Equipment with a Lease-Option Provision
This RFI is for discovery and information gathering of the potential of renting equipment on an as-needed basis and providing contractual provisions for an automatic conversion of ownership of individual equipment after an uninterrupted period of rental by JAA, or a “buy-out” or similar provision to convert ownership of equipment rented by JAA for an uninterrupted, negotiated period of time. This RFI is a planning document and shall not be considered or construed as a solicitation nor an obligation on the part of the Authority to enter into a lease agreement. The Authority will utilize the results of this RFI in identifying lease candidates and, if applicable, to make a selection of a respondent, or for considering additional options, at JAA’s sole discretion.
