The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has instituted an electronic submission process for the above-referenced solicitation.
This RFQ is a preparation document and shall not be considered or construed as a solicitation nor an obligation on the part of JAA to enter into an independent contract. The Authority will utilize the results of this RFQ in identifying a Consultant for Review of Rules and Regulations and, if applicable, make a selection.
JAA will receive Statements of Qualifications electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) until Monday, June 27, 2022 for Consultant for Review of Rules and Regulations.

All Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in strict accordance with RFQ No. 22-11-46204, which may be obtained on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”) or www.DemandStar.com.
This solicitation will be awarded fairly, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4). Title 49 CFR(Part 26 or 23) and/or similar regulations.
