FENCING INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
In response to recent directives regarding COVID-19 – also known as Coronavirus – and its unforeseen impact upon the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) and its traveling public, JAA has instituted an electronic solicitation submission process which, as described herein, will be used for this solicitation.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid and Site Visit will be held at 10:00 AM(local time), Tuesday, May 25, 2021
The meeting and site visit will be held at Water Tower project location. Prior to arrival at 2400 Yankee Clipper Drive, take a left on Pecan Park Road North, then first left onto Barnstormer Road. Bidders can park near the Water Tower, JAA staff will be onsite to direct you. Please call 904-741-2355 if you have any issues finding location. All potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting/site visit as a prerequisite to submitting a bid. Please bring safety vest and face mask.
This contract is a 100% Set Aside for local DBE and JSEB certified companies.
Only local firms (Duval, Clay, Baker, St. Johns or Nassau Counties) certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and/or Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business (JSEB) may compete for this project.
Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 for consideration.
JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, June 15, 2021
