In response to recent directives regarding COVID-19 – also known as Coronavirus – and its unforeseen impact
upon the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) and its traveling public, JAA has instituted an electronic solicitation
submission process which, as described herein, will be used for this solicitation.
