NETWORK PENETRATION TESTING

 

for the

JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY

 

In response to recent directives regarding COVID-19 – also known as Coronavirus – and its unforeseen impact upon the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) and its traveling public, JAA has instituted an electronic solicitation option which, as described herein, will be used for this solicitation.

 

JAA anticipates selecting Respondents for a network penetration testusing a grey box attack simulation methodology. It is the intent of JAA to issue a requirements contract to up to three qualified vendors to provide network penetration testing on a rotating basis. 

 

Questions regarding this quote/bid/proposal must be received by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2020.

 

JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, via DemandStar. Bids Must Be Uploaded into DemandStar’s E-Bidding System before Tuesday, June 9, 2020.

 

HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXEDOR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

      Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and may be manually, electronically ordigitally signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company.

      Subject to JAA's discretion to waive minor irregularities, Bids received after theopening date and time will be rejected.

 

All bids must be submitted in accordance with Invitation to Bid Number 20-23-24001,which may be obtained on Friday, May 8, 2020 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”) or DemandStar.

 

 

JAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4) and related regulations, hereby notifies all those who may potentially respond to this solicitation that any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded fairly.  Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded a full and fair opportunity to submit a response to this solicitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin inconsideration for an award.
