REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

For

 

PROFESSIONALDESIGN SERVICES FOR THE

CECILAIRPORT NORTHWEST AERONAUTICAL DEVELOPMENT

 

                                                Jacksonville Aviation Authority

 

Statements ofQualifications will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA orthe Authority) until September 10th,2019 at 2:00 PM (local time) to provide Professional Design Services forthe Cecil Airport Northwest Aeronautical Development.  These services shall be rendered in fullcompliance with the administrative and technical requirements of the FederalAviation Administration, the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA)and the Florida Department of Transportation. It is JAA’s intent to award acontract based on its evaluation of each firm’s qualifications in relation toJAA’s specific needs for the project contemplated herein.

 

A single contract willbe awarded following the selection of the best qualified Respondent and successfulnegotiations. 

 

A pre-submissionconference will be held August 27th,2019 at 10:00 AM (local time) at JAA Administration Building, 2ndFloor Training Room, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL  32218, after which time all questions must besubmitted in writing and addressed to the JAA Procurement Department,Attn:  Samantha Smid, and may betransmitted via e-mail to samantha.smid@flyjacksonville.com on or before  August30th, 2019 at 5:00 PM (local time).

 

JAA has established aDisadvantaged Business Enterprise or DBE program goal of 15%, which shall beconsidered as one of several specified selection criteria.

 

A Statement ofQualifications shall be submitted in strict accordance with the requirementsdetailed in this solicitation, RFQ No. 19-36-42001, which may be obtained after8:30 AM (local time) on August 19th,2019 by visiting www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “BidOpportunities”).
