FOOD AND BEVERAGECONCESSION – 2 LOCATIONS
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
Proposals will bereceived by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (localtime), on June 18, 2019 at which time they will be opened at JAA’sAdministration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for theevaluation, selection and contract award for a Food and Beverage Concessionaire.
Consistent with theadministrative mandate set out by the United States Department ofTransportation in the Code of Federal Regulations in Title 49 at the Code ofFederal Regulation Part 26, a minimum participation goal of 14% is establishedfor this project.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (localtime), May 21, 2019, at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road,Jacksonville, FL 32218. Respondents may request to attend the Pre-ProposalMeeting via teleconference. All requests to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting viateleconference must be submitted to JAA Procurement Department via email, marilyn.fryar@flyjacksonville.com or (904) 741-2352, no later than May 20, 2019, at 10:00 am(local time).
All Proposals must besubmitted in accordance with Request for Proposals No. 19-29-43101, which maybe obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) on May 1, 2019 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”).
JAA, in accordance withthe provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42U.S.C. ?? 2000d to 2000d-4) and related regulations, hereby notifies all thosewho may potentially respond to this solicitation that any contract resultingfrom this advertisement will be awarded fairly.
