GOVERNMENTACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD (GASB) 87 COMPLIANCE CONSULTING
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
Proposals will be received by the JacksonvilleAviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time), on July 8, 2019, at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for the evaluation, selection and contract award for a qualified firm to provide Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) 87 Compliance Consulting Services.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM(local time), June 10, 2019, at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Respondents may attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting in-person or via teleconference. All requests to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting via teleconference must be submitted to Marilyn V. Fryar via email, marilyn.fryar@flyjacksonville.com, no later than June 6, 2019, at 2:00 PM (local time). Attending this meeting is encouraged but not required in order to submit a Proposal.
All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals No. 19-30-31001, which may be obtained after 8:30 AM(local time) on May 29, 2019 from www.flyjacksonville.com (clickon “Bid Opportunities”).
