PEST CONTROL SERVICES
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
Bids will be received by theJacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time) on May 30, 2019 at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 PecanPark Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for selecting a company to provide Pest Control Services for the Jacksonville Aviation Authority.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:30 AM (local time), April 29, 2019 at JAA Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville,FL 32218, with a tour of the relevant Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) grounds to follow. Cecil Airport tour will be held at 1:30 PM (local time). Jacksonville Executive Airport at Craig tour will be held at 3:30 (local time). All potential Respondents MUST attend the facility tours as a prerequisite to the submittal of a Bid.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with Invitation to Bid Number 19-28-26201,which may be obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) on April 18, 2019 from www.flyjacksonville.com,click on bid opportunities.
JAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil RightsAct of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C.
