Statements of Interest will bereceived by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA or the Authority) untilthe Official Solicitation Due Date and Time of January 24, 2019, at 2:00 PM(local time) for a Lease Opportunity, Hangars 44 and 45 at Jacksonville Executiveat Craig Airport. The leasing opportunity consists of two (2) aeronauticalactivity hangars totaling approximately 90,902 square feet, inclusive of ramparea and vehicle parking. Respondents must lease the entire premises.
This RFI is for discovery andinformation gathering of potential business clients and/or current airporttenants having interest in leasing office and hangar space at JacksonvilleExecutive at Craig Airport. Subject tothe response received from this RFI, JAA, in its sole discretion, may elect to:1) negotiate directly if only one response is received or only one Respondentis deemed qualified; 2) issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) from all qualifiedand interested parties, which may or may not be exclusive to those respondinghereto; 3) forego issuing an RFP and make an award hereunder by utilizing theevaluation criteria and points outlined herein; or 4) not proceed with theproject at this time.
