Bids will be received by theJacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time) on October 17,2018 at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for selecting a company to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services at Herlong Airport.
This solicitation is deemed a JAA Small Business Enterprise (SBE)project. JAA will accept bids in response to this solicitation only from local SBEfirms, which is defined as those firms certified: (i) with the City ofJacksonville’s Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEB) program; or (ii) as DisadvantagedBusiness Enterprises (DBE) under the Florida Unified Certification Program andare located within the counties of Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Baker.
