Proposals will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time), on June 13, 2018, at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for the evaluation, selection and contract award for Strategic Planning Consultant Services.
JAA is seeking an established Firm orIndependent Consultant that possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise instrategic planning, community outreach and business development to provideconsultation and facilitation of meeting, processes and other critical tasks asit relates to issues of interest to JAA.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM(local time), May 30, 2018, at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
