ELEVATOR, ESCALATOR AND MOVING SIDEWALKS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
Proposals will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 10:00 AM (local time), on May 25, 2018, at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for the evaluation, selection and contract award for elevator, escalator and moving sidewalks maintenance and repair.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM (local time), May 8, 2018, at Jacksonville International Airport (JIA/JAX), 2400 Yankee Clipper Road Jacksonville, FL32218. Parking available in the parking garage. Meet in front of Southwest Ticket Counter, Departing Flights. Bring your parking ticket to the meeting. All potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting as a prerequisite to submitting a Proposal.
All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals No. 18-04-45123, which may be obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) on April 25, 2018 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”).
