LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, AREA #2
for the
JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY
Proposals will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) until 2:00 PM (local time), on January 25, 2018, at which time they will be opened at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida, for the evaluation, selection and contract award for Landscape Maintenance Services, Area #2.
This solicitation is deemed a JAA Small Business Enterprise (SBE) project. Only local firms certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) within the State of Florida, Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business (JSEB) or Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) located within the counties of Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Baker may compete for this project.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will beheld at 1:30 PM (local time), January 11, 2018, at JAA’s Administration Building, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All potential Respondents MUST attend this meeting as a prerequisite to submitting a Proposal.
All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals No. 18-08-45133, which may be obtained after 8:30 AM(local time) on December 28, 2017 from www.flyjacksonville.com (click on “Bid Opportunities”).
JAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C.
